pixeldustfilms > Helping Hands - I took a lot of shots today that could have qualified for Pic of the Day (and I'll be uploading those anyway at some point), but this picture of my 84 year old grandfather's hand reaching out to my 1 year old daughter was a great moment that I was fortunate to capture. If the baby bottle wasn't in the way of the scene, it really would have been almost perfect. It was also my first day with a Canon 100mm f2.8 Macro, which is going to be a great addition to my lens bag.

pixeldustfilms > "Bella's Dream" Using Tiffen's standalone DFX filter suite. This is probably an extreme example of what the filters can do, and I'm guessing I won't be happy with this over time. For today, it's my first dive into the new software. There are so many filters, I'm sure it's going to take some time to learn to use them tastefully!
